Apartments & Utilities
At Lawrence Square, we offer one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 607 to 1,140 sq ft. View current availability on our Floor Plans page or contact our leasing team for more details.
Each apartment home includes features such as stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, walk-in closets, and built-in Wi-Fi. These features are included in every floor plan. Elevators are also available throughout the community for added convenience.
Residents are responsible for AEP electricity, Buckeye Utilities for water/sewer/trash, and Spectrum internet and cable service. Spectrum service is billed at $90 per month and paid with rent. A full utility breakdown is provided prior to move-in.
Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $75,000 in liability coverage.
Rent & Payments
Rent is paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit, or other approved payment methods.
Yes, residents can enroll in autopay through the resident portal.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
If rent is not received by the 1st, a $50 late fee is applied on the 2nd. If payment is not received by the 5th, an additional $200 fee is assessed, bringing total late fees to $250 as of the 6th.
Leasing, Applications, & Tours
Lease terms include 6-, 9-, and 12-month options, depending on availability. Extended 13- and 14-month lease terms may also be available during select leasing specials.
Applications can be completed online by selecting your preferred floor plan and submitting the required information.
At application, a $60 application fee (per applicant or married couple) and $150 toward the administrative fee are due.
Prior to move-in, residents pay the remaining $250 administrative fee, prorated rent, and any applicable pet fees. A full cost summary is provided before lease signing.
Applicants must demonstrate income of at least 3x the monthly rent and meet standard credit and rental history criteria. Full qualification details are available upon request.
Applications are processed instantly through our screening partner, Findigs, with most applicants receiving a decision immediately after submission.
We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours. Tours can be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office.
Pets
Yes. Lawrence Square allows up to two pets per apartment home, with access to amenities such as a dog park and nearby walking trails and green space.
Yes. A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home. Weight limits are 55 lbs per pet or 75 lbs combined. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be registered prior to move-in. Contact the leasing office for full policy details.
A one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet apply.
Amenities
Residents enjoy amenities such as a resort-style pool, large 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse social room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and golf simulator, coworking conference room, package room, and controlled access with keyless entry.
Yes, most community amenities are included in rent. Optional add-ons, such as garages, are available for an additional fee of $150 per month.
Yes. Select amenities, including the fitness center and coworking conference room, are available 24 hours a day. The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the social room is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Yes, select spaces can be reserved. Contact the leasing office for availability and details.
Yes, guests are welcome in accordance with community guidelines. Guest limits may apply.
Parking & Transportation
Parking options include free surface lot parking, as well as detached garages available for rent for $150 per month.
Surface lot parking is first-come, first-served. Reserved garage parking is also available for residents who choose that option.
Yes, guest parking is available in the parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, bike storage is available in designated rack areas.
Yes. EV charging stations are located next to the dog park, with usage fees of $2 per hour.
Maintenance & Repairs
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.
Yes, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
Our team responds promptly to all requests, prioritizing urgent issues and completing repairs as efficiently as possible.

Lawrence Square is located in the Dublin/Hilliard area of Columbus, offering convenient access to dining, shopping, and everyday essentials.
Nearby options include Giant Eagle, Walmart, McDonald’s, a UDF convenience store and gas station, and shopping at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, all within approximately 5 minutes or 2–3 miles.
Zoned schools include Gables Elementary School, Ridgeview Middle School, and Centennial High School.
